The Division of Cardiology of the Department of Medicine at theUniversity of Florida College of Medicine Jacksonville(Cardiovascular Center) seeks a full-time Electrophysiology at thetenure/non-tenure accruing level of Assistant/Associate Professor.This position will report to the Chief of Cardiology. Majorresponsibilities include providing and maintaining a high level ofquality In-patient and Out-patient electrophysiology care. Assistin ensuring that the required guidelines are met for theaccreditations for the EP Labs. Also, assist in the educationalstructuring of the EP fellowship program.Our internationally recognized faculty are leaders in cardiac care,research and education. The division provides services acrossNortheast Florida, including at the UF Health CardiovascularCenter, which has the region’s only fully integrated, comprehensiveheart programs and the resources of an academic medical center. Thecenter’s programs include the Coronary Interventional Program,Nuclear Program, Electrophysiology Program, Non-Invasive Program,and Peripheral Interventional Program.The University of Florida College of Medicine-Jacksonville is thelargest of the three UF colleges – medicine, nursing and pharmacy -located on the approximately 110-acre UF Health Jacksonvillecampus.
